BIKI Optimizes The Vegetable and Fruit Value Chain by Using Green Technology

BIKI is a startup operating in the agritech and foodtech sectors, pioneering preventive solutions to reduce post-harvest losses and food waste—particularly in fruits and vegetables—across the entire food value chain. In the context of increasing climate change impacts, environmental pressure, and growing demand for food security, BIKI integrates advanced technologies with practical strategies to optimize operations in food production, storage, and distribution.

BIKI’s solution significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions generated from food waste, while also helping improve productivity and income for farmers—including vulnerable rural women. By innovating in food preservation, packaging, and transportation processes, BIKI not only extends product shelf life but also supports environmental protection and enables access to premium consumer markets.

By participating in the P4G Vietnam Summit 2025, BIKI had the opportunity to present its food loss prevention and climate-friendly technologies to a global audience. With support from the National Startup Support Center (NSSC), the event helped BIKI expand its network of potential partners in the agri-food sector and connect with investors and development organizations seeking innovative solutions for sustainable food systems.

BIKI is targeting the multi-million-dollar food preservation technology market, with the ambition to contribute to a more resilient, equitable, and sustainable food system. Its scalable model and proactive approach make it easily applicable in small-scale agricultural regions—creating wide-ranging economic and environmental impact from small but meaningful innovations.
