With innovative efforts, CENERGY achieved third place at the TECHFEST Vietnam’s National Technopreneur Competition 2023. In the first half of 2024, Cenergy Holdings generated revenue of 812 million EUR, with adjusted EBITDA reaching 119.5 million EUR, an increase of 39% compared to the same period last year.
As of June 30, 2024, the company had a backlog of orders worth 3.38 billion EUR, reflecting strong growth and a solid market position. Corinth Pipeworks (Cenergy’s steel pipe segment) was awarded a contract to supply 76 km of steel pipes for a gas pipeline project in Mozambique, affirming its capabilities and reputation in this field.
In October 2024, Cenergy Holdings successfully raised 200 million EUR through a capital increase, issuing 22,222,222 new common shares at a price of 9.00 EUR per share. The transaction included a combination of retail offerings in Belgium and Greece and a book-building offer for international institutions.
