TOP 10 TECHFEST Vietnam’s National Innovation Technopreneur Contest 2017 organised by National Startup Support Center of Vietnam (NSSC).
CYFEER was founded in 2016 amid Vietnam’s rapidly growing apartment market. Initially launched as an online management fee collection tool, CYFEER has since expanded its services and partnered with various stakeholders to develop a comprehensive technology platform for apartment management, utilities, and resident services.
In 2018, Cyfeer secured a $30,000 investment from VIISA (Vietnam Innovative Startup Accelerator) and expanded internationally through the “Runway to the World” startup exchange program in 2019, led by the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Science and Technology Advancement.
Cyfeer’s flagship product, CyHome, is a cloud-based platform designed to digitize and standardize apartment management processes. It offers key features such as financial management, customer service enhancement, and asset management, effectively optimizing resources and improving service quality. The platform has been applied in training programs under the PetroVietnam Landmark project and has established a strategic partnership with OCB (Oricombank).
Over the years, Cyfeer has gained notable recognition for its contributions to technology. The company won Third Prize at Techfest 2017, ranked among the top 10 at the Vietnam Talent Awards 2018, and reached the top 10 in EPIC 100 Hong Kong 2018. By 2020, Cyfeer was recognized as one of Vietnam’s Top 10 Startup Enterprises by the Vietnam IT Enterprises Association and received the Vietnam Smart City Award in the Smart Building/Apartment Solutions category.
