Established in 2015, E Link Gate Joint Stock Company has emerged as a leading Vietnamese enterprise specializing in remote control technology, dedicated to offering innovative solutions for troubleshooting IT issues from a distance.
E Link Gate’s flagship products include the eLinkKVM hardware device for businesses and eLinkMe for individual users. When encountering technical issues, customers simply plug the USB device into their computer, which then automatically connects to the cloud platform and links to an IT expert for troubleshooting. A key differentiator of E Link Gate’s technology is its ability to function even when the operating system experiences critical failures, allowing remote Windows reinstallation while ensuring data security.
In 2016, the company secured patents for its solution in both the U.S. and Vietnam. By 2019, E Link Gate successfully commercialized eLinkKVM, reaching customers across Vietnam as well as in Japan, India, Germany, and Canada. The company also made a mark by entering the top 10 of the TECHFEST Vietnam’s National Innovation Technopreneur Contest in 2019. Notably, E Link Gate participated in Shark Tank Vietnam Season 4, drawing interest from investors and ultimately securing a funding commitment of 9.218 billion VND from Shark Bình.
