Continuing its growth trajectory, the company later raised an additional $4 million for a 25% equity stake at the Danang Venture and Angel Summit 2024 (DAVAS 2024), following a prior $3.5 million angel investment.
As of April 2023, EM&AI’s Voicebot AI platform has facilitated over 4.7 million minutes of calls, while its Virtual QC system has automatically evaluated 18.3 million minutes of call recordings.
