Enfarm Leveraging AI and IoT to Revolutionize Sustainable Farming

TOP 5 TECHFEST Vietnam’s National Innovation Technopreneur Contest 2024 organised by National Startup Support Center of Vietnam (NSSC).

Enfarm, a Vietnamese agritech startup, is transforming the agricultural sector by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to optimize crop nutrition. With a mission to help farmers increase productivity and income while promoting sustainable agriculture, Enfarm provides real-time data and AI-driven recommendations to improve soil health and fertilizer efficiency.

Inefficient fertilizer use is a significant global issue, leading to an estimated $120 billion in annual waste, land degradation affecting one-third of arable land, and 5% of global greenhouse gas emissions. Enfarm tackles this challenge by deploying IoT sensors and a mobile platform to provide real-time NPK index monitoring and AI-powered recommendations, helping farmers reduce fertilizer waste while enhancing crop yields.

Recent pilot programs on coffee farms in Vietnam’s Central Highlands have demonstrated impressive results: farmers reduced fertilizer use by 30% while increasing crop yields by 30%. This success has driven rapid adoption, particularly among coffee and durian farmers in Southern Vietnam.

Enfarm’s groundbreaking innovation earned it a spot among the Top 5 startups at TECHFEST Vietnam 2024, a premier national startup competition. Internationally, Enfarm was selected from nearly 800 global projects to present at the Global AI Summit in Paris (2025), a testament to Vietnam’s engineering talent in addressing global agricultural challenges.

Additionally, Enfarm has secured seed funding led by Touchstone Partners, with participation from Aiviet Venture and Conservation Vietnam, to expand its operations and scale into other ASEAN markets.

With a strong commitment to enhancing farmers’ livelihoods and fostering sustainable agriculture, Enfarm is on track to become a global leader in AI-driven farming solutions.
