LC is a Vietnamese technology startup offering an innovative smart meter reader that uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and wireless connectivity to remotely monitor and manage electricity, water, and gas consumption data. The device is designed to attach directly to existing utility meters without requiring replacement, saving investment costs and enabling quick deployment in residential areas, buildings, factories, or urban systems.
With real-time data collection, LC’s solution enables managers to easily monitor consumption, detect anomalies, and optimize operational efficiency. Automating the processes of meter reading, reporting, and alerting not only reduces the operational burden but also enhances transparency and accuracy in energy management.

At the P4G Vietnam Summit 2025, with the support of the National Startup Support Center (NSSC), LC had the opportunity to present its smart meter reader to a wide range of international partners, investors, and energy experts. Participating in the exhibition not only connected LC with global support networks but also opened doors for technological collaboration and product commercialization in emerging urban markets.
