Founded in 2018, MVV Academy is a pioneering organization in Vietnam, providing comprehensive 3T (Total, Tailored, and Tech-driven) workforce development solutions.
The academy specializes in supporting corporate training programs by offering consulting services to establish corporate universities. These services include: Designing competency frameworks and Learning & Development models; Creating and developing multimedia learning content; Providing digital transformation platforms and technologies for training and learning; Teaching and training internal instructors.
MVV Academy is a strategic partner of leading global corporate training and consulting organizations, including Samsung MultiCampus and Mercuri International. Its faculty and consultants comprise top experts in business management from both Vietnam and international markets.
With a blended learning approach, MVV Academy integrates online theoretical learning with hands-on classroom training, enabling learners to take control of their education and improve training efficiency.
Currently, the academy has attracted over 5,200 learners, offering 200 online courses and 40 training programs. It has also collaborated with major corporations in Vietnam and globally, including Google, Viettel, Vingroup, and Techcombank.
In 2020, MVV Academy was honored as one of the Top 10 startups in the TECHFEST Vietnam’s National Innovation Technopreneur Contest. In 2021, it received the Top 10 IT Enterprises Award, further solidifying its position as a leader in corporate training and workforce development in Vietnam.
