Nasaki Pioneers The Production of Non-fired Tiles Using Green Technology

Nasaki is one of the largest colored tile manufacturers in Northern Vietnam, recognized for applying advanced wet pressing technology from Japan to produce unbaked tiles using fly ash, stone powder, and recycled materials. This environmentally friendly approach enables the company to deliver durable, high-quality products while significantly reducing environmental impact.

With an annual capacity of 5.5 million tiles, Nasaki’s products have been used in numerous large-scale projects such as Ocean Park, Vinhomes Smart City, and developments in Sa Pa. These achievements reflect strong market confidence in Nasaki’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.

The production process is optimized for energy efficiency, utilizing recycled oil and minimizing water and electricity consumption. As a result, Nasaki achieves a CO₂ reduction of 33%–39% compared to traditional manufacturing methods. The company is also transitioning to solar power and adopting a circular manufacturing model to further enhance sustainability.

At the P4G Vietnam Summit 2025, with the support of the National Startup Support Center (NSSC), Nasaki had the opportunity to showcase its green production model to a wide network of international partners, investors, and sustainable construction experts. This participation not only created opportunities for commercial collaboration and technology transfer but also positioned Nasaki as a pioneer in eco-friendly industrial development.

Nasaki exemplifies how Vietnamese enterprises can drive innovation in the construction materials sector. By offering practical green solutions tailored to local conditions with international scalability, Nasaki contributes meaningfully to the growth of a circular and sustainable economy.
