On the evening of December 13, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, together with delegates, visited the venue of TECHFEST Vietnam 2025 in the Hoan Kiem Lake area, Hanoi. This location hosts the largest annual series of activities of Viet Nam’s innovative startup ecosystem.
During the visit, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh took time to experience Vietnamobile’s Face ID facial recognition technology showcased at the event.
The Prime Minister and accompanying delegates also stopped at the exhibition booth featuring the Anthem electric motorcycle, a product of Ryvid — a U.S.-based mobility technology startup founded by three Vietnamese-origin entrepreneurs. The company aims to develop electric personal mobility vehicles suitable for urban environments, while meeting requirements for design, performance, and sustainability.
The Ryvid Anthem is equipped with a removable lithium-ion battery, allowing users to conveniently charge it at home or at the workplace instead of relying entirely on public charging stations. Its lightweight aluminum frame, adjustable seat height, and electronically optimized control system for urban traffic are among the model’s notable features.
After visiting enterprise exhibition booths, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also spent time interacting with students who were attending the technology showcase at TECHFEST Vietnam 2025.
Within the exhibition framework, large numbers of citizens visited and explored the technology experience spaces at the event.
Technology performances and demonstrations at TECHFEST Vietnam 2025 are taking place throughout the Hoan Kiem Lake pedestrian area and will continue until December 14.
The Organizing Committee’s decision to select the pedestrian street as the venue for TECHFEST Vietnam 2025 aims to bring technology closer to the public, particularly young people.
