The journey to discover sustainable innovative solutions
The year 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of TECHFEST Vietnam – the largest national festival for the innovative startup community. Within the framework of the event, the National Innovative Technopreneur Contest continues to affirm its role as a key springboard, identifying and nurturing promising startup projects with a focus on sustainable development.
From hundreds of applications submitted nationwide, the Top 100 startups have been selected to advance to the acceleration phase. This stage not only provides an opportunity to refine their business models but also serves as a journey for networking, learning, and spreading the spirit of innovation within the Vietnamese startup community.
To help all teams proactively prepare and keep track of key milestones, the Organizing Committee is pleased to announce the updated competition timeline as follows:
– November 9: Capacity-building workshop for the Top 100 (online)
– November 16 (tentative): Announcement of the Top 30
– November 18: Advanced training & 1:1 mentoring for the Top 30 (online)
– November 19: Networking with TECHFEST Alumni startups
– November 27 – 28: Semifinal round to select the Top 10 (online)
– December 12: Final round, award ceremony & recognition of the Top 10

Launched in 2015, the National Innovative Technopreneur Contest – TECHFEST Vietnam has become one of the most anticipated flagship activities, organized under the framework of the National Innovative Startup Festival – TECHFEST Vietnam 2025, directed by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST).
This year, the contest is held under the theme “Green Growth and Digital Transformation – Innovation for a Sustainable Vietnam” aiming to honor startup models that generate positive impacts on the environment, society, and the development of the digital economy.
