Climate change is having a profound impact on our health, economy, prosperity, and well-being. Building a sustainable future is no longer solely the responsibility of experts, scientists, or economists, nor merely a strategic topic of discussion at forums or events. Changing our lifestyle and ways of doing business is a task for everyone, embedded in every action, in every moment of daily life.
The situation is urgent. Strong actions are needed from the community, from individuals with innovative thinking, from experts across all fields, and from business owners who are daily creating products for society and may also be generating waste that adversely affects the environment.
Sustainable Action is a forum that connects knowledge and promotes action – in collaboration with the DSCP (Sustainable Citizen Project) – a Reputable Ranking System for individuals and enterprises. The goal of DSCP is to create an environment for action, transformation, creativity, and redesign of individuals and businesses, fostering reputation and trust.
With the 2025 orientation “Shaping a Sustainable Future,” the DSCP Reputable Ranking System and the Wellness City Ecosystem Model contribute to promoting sustainability and innovation in lifestyle, business, and networking, creating new collaborative, sharing, and co-creative environments.
Sustainable Action #03, themed: *Climate Change – Innovative Solutions*, is organized by the Design Thinking VN Community, Diamond Innovation Forest Ecosystem, and the Innovation & Impact Center – IIC (Vietnam Institute for Digital Economic Development).

Speaker: Dr. Lê Văn Nguyên is a scientist with profound expertise in the fields of Carbon research, history, and culture. He has made significant contributions through important inventions, including the “H2O Electrolysis” and the “Neutral Carbon Filter Membrane.” These technologies have been applied in the development of alkaline ionized water filtration systems and the conversion of seawater into freshwater.
He was conferred the title of Professor of Science (GSKH) by the University of Tokyo in 2015 in recognition of his scientific contributions. With the vision of “Applied Practical Science,” Dr. Lê Văn Nguyên founded HCA&JP Company in Japan (2009), specializing in the production of Carbon materials for smart devices, and HCJ JSC in Vietnam (2019), focusing on education, circular industrial zones, and basic infrastructure.
Dr. Lê Văn Nguyên is a member of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC – https://www.ipcc.ch/), a global organization that plays a key role in assessing and proposing strategies to address global climate change.
