As one of the in-depth activities focusing on global innovation trends, the webinar on Vietnam Startup Ecosystem Outcomes 2025, co-organized by the Department of Startup and Technology Enterprise, Ministry of Science and Technology in collaboration with StartupBlink, provides an overall picture and the latest updates on the development levels of startup ecosystems worldwide. 

The event will bring together leaders from state management agencies, representatives of startup support organizations, leading domestic and international experts, the Vietnamese startup community, investors, and organizations dedicated to developing innovative startup ecosystems.

During the webinar, participants will engage in two main activities:

The first activity: Launch of the “Global Startup Ecosystem Index Report 2025”, presented by Mr. Eli David Rokah – Founder & CEO of StartupBlink. Key highlights of the presentation include: An overview of global startup ecosystem trends in 2025; Vietnam’s ranking and progress on the global startup ecosystem map; In-depth analysis and forecasts for future development trends.

The second activity: Panel discussion on the topic “Opportunities and challenges for Vietnam’s startup ecosystem & policy recommendations to enhance global competitiveness”. This session will feature participation from representatives of government management agencies, leading experts, startup support organizations, and domestic and international investment funds. From diverse perspectives, panelists will analyze factors driving the robust development of Vietnam’s startup ecosystem in the coming period, and propose policy directions to enhance the country’s standing on the global innovation map
