We have worked closely with Startup Vietnam Foundation (SVF) to co-organize National Innovative Technopreneur Contest that has attracted strong interest from the community. Each year, the program engages a diverse pool of startups and mobilizes experienced mentors, experts, and ecosystem leaders to provide guidance throughout the competition process.
Solving the Plastic Waste Crisis
With the United Nations Development Programme, we introduced innovation practices to local governments working to solve plastic pollution. This collaboration linked policy and practice, transforming global sustainability goals into community-driven, scalable action.
Mapping Vietnam's Startup Landscape
In collaboration with BambuUP, we’ve released a series of three open innovation ecosystem reports. Shaped by contributions from startups, corporates, policymakers, and community builders, these reports reflect a shared narrative, and serve as both a resource and a roadmap for those building the future of innovation in Vietnam.
Policy Development for Vietnam's Startup Ecosystem
Through deep collaboration with Korea Development Institute (KDI), we assessed Vietnam’s startup ecosystem and proposed policy recommendations tailored to its unique growth landscape. The initiative informed national strategy while fostering meaningful knowledge exchange between Vietnam and Korea.
Bridging Corporates and Startups
Partnering with Shinhan Future’s Lab, an innovation platform powered by Shinhan Bank, we co-designed a series of open innovation programs across Vietnam’s provinces. By embedding these initiatives into Regional TECHFEST, we created new pathways for startups to engage directly with corporate partners, explore pilot opportunities, and tap into critical resources like mentorship and funding.
Coaching the Next Generation of Innovation Leaders
Together with BK Holdings and Growth Coaching International (GCI), we designed the Leadership Coaching in Innovation program, Vietnam’s first training initiative that blends innovation strategy with professional coaching techniques.
