eBee Develops Affordable and Emission-free Electric Bicycles in Africa

eBee is a startup in Africa, founded with the goal of improving daily transportation through affordable, emission-free, and environmentally friendly electric bicycles. With costs only a third of electric motorcycles, eBee electric bikes have quickly become an economical and effective choice for people, especially in crowded urban areas with pollution. Each bike can travel up to 90 km on a single charge, helping to reduce congestion and pollution in large cities.

eBee’s model not only provides an affordable transportation solution but also helps minimize environmental impact. With the aim of deploying one million electric bikes and creating 200,000 jobs across Africa, eBee is contributing to sustainable development and creating opportunities for people in areas lacking public transportation.

The company is not stopping at deploying one million electric bikes; the startup is also continuing to develop new technological solutions to optimize performance and durability. eBee’s goal is to build a clean, sustainable, and accessible transportation network for all people in Africa, especially in areas lacking public transport and with high mobility demand.

In addition to providing eco-friendly products, eBee also brings many social benefits, such as creating new job opportunities in the manufacturing, maintenance, and operation of electric bikes. These jobs not only improve the income of workers but also contribute to the development of a green economy in African countries.

At the P4G Vietnam 2025 Summit, eBee introduced its emission-free electric bicycle solution, attracting attention from both international and domestic organizations. With support from the National Startup Support Center (NSSC), the company had the opportunity to connect with investors and potential partners, expanding opportunities for collaboration and market development.

With a long-term vision and strong commitment, eBee has become an important part of promoting clean and green transportation in Africa, not only reducing pollution but also improving the quality of life for the community.
